The Pilates Mom Studio was created with one mission in mind: to support real moms through every messy, beautiful, ever-changing season of motherhood. Whether you're newly postpartum, chasing toddlers, pregnant and exhausted, or simply trying to carve out a little time for yourself—you belong here.
This isn’t a place for unrealistic routines or all-or-nothing thinking. It’s a space where short, effective workouts meet real-life flexibility. Where simple, nourishing recipes are made for chaotic kitchens. Where meditations offer a breath of calm in the middle of the storm. And most importantly, it’s where you’ll find a supportive community of women who get it.
Inside the Studio, you’ll have access to over 100 on-demand workouts, curated programs designed for all fitness levels, a growing library of healthy recipes with printable PDFs, guided meditations, monthly calendars, and a unique Power List habit tracker to help you stay consistent with what really matters.
No pressure. No perfection. Just movement, mindset, and support—delivered in a way that finally feels doable.
MEET ERIN VERDING
I’m Erin—Pilates instructor, mom of (almost!) two, and founder of The Pilates Mom Studio. For over a decade, I’ve been passionate about helping women move with purpose, reconnect to their bodies, and build lasting strength—both physically and emotionally. But it wasn’t until I became a mom myself that I truly understood how hard it is to prioritize your own well-being when you're in the thick of motherhood.
After my first baby, I felt like a stranger in my own body. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and constantly questioning whether I was doing enough. Traditional fitness spaces didn’t speak to what I was going through. I didn’t need someone yelling at me to push harder—I needed someone who understood what I was carrying, physically and mentally.
That’s when I realized: there needed to be a space for moms like me. A space that offered effective movement without guilt, a community without comparison, and support without pressure. So I built it.
The Pilates Mom Studio was born out of that need—not just to move, but to feel seen, supported, and strong in every season of motherhood. Every class, every recipe, every meditation, and every program I create is designed with you in mind. You don’t need a perfect routine, endless time, or fancy equipment. You just need a starting point—and someone in your corner.

Erin is a Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience in teaching, specializing in core strength, mobility, and postpartum recovery. Her ongoing education in women’s wellness, hormone health, and intuitive movement ensures that every program inside the Studio is rooted in expert knowledge and designed to support women through every season of motherhood.
